Auras Jewelry is Saudi jewelry line based in Saudi Arabia .. they create amazing pieces that you can wear day and night , i met them at the Riyadh Fashion Days F/W 2012 and had i the chance to ask them some questions..

First of all talk about Auras Jewelry ? 
My name is Saja me and my sisters created " Auras Jewelry ", first of all we make the jewelry handmade , second we do silver gold plated then pure gold until we arrived to daimond & gold ambitios stones.


Why " Auras Jewelry " ?
Aura means the halo around the stones and gold ..and we like الماس in arabic so we combine the two names together into "Auras".

Can you talk more about your collections?
Our collection is very simple and everyday use , you can wear it at day and night that's what special about it.

Your inspiration?
My inspiration is everything ..you know the daylight till the night , the moon everything!! i like colors i really think about colors first then the design.

What's the concept behind your designs ?
When i see something and i really like it and i really want to have it as my own , i create a design for my own first of all if i like it , then i will create it for my customers ..that's the most important thing.

Who's your favourite designer?

Jewelry designer there is no-one specific but nowadays i like the statement necklaces , big earrings ,necklaces and ankles

في البداية تكلمي عن "مجوهرات  آوراس" ؟

اسمي سجى أنا و أخواتي بدأنا بتأسيس آوراس من ٦ سنوات ، بداية تصميم مجموعتنا كانت شغل يد تطورت إلى فضة وذهب مطلي وذهب ، وتوصلنا بالاخير بتصميم الألماس والأحجار الكريمة.

ليه " مجوهرات آوراس" الاسم ؟

آورا  بالانجليزي يعني الظل أو الشعاع حول الاحجار و الذهب ، الألماس بالعربي جمعنا الكلمتين إلى " آوراس ".

تكلمي شوي عن مجوعتكم ؟

مجوعتنا جدا بسيطة ممكن تلبسينها بشكل يومي .. تقدري تلبسيها بالنهار والليل هذا الشيء المميز فيها .

ومن فين تستمدي إلهامك ؟

إلهامي هو كل شي في الحياة .. الصباح إلى الليل ، القمر ، أحب الألوان هي اللي أفكر فيها قبل التصاميم .

ماهي الفكرة من ورا تصاميمك ؟

لما أشوف شيئ يعجبني وأحتاج إنه يكون لي ، أهم مبدأ لي إنه أبدأ بالتصميم لنفسي و إذا عجبني التصميم بشكله النهائي أبدأ بتصميمه لزبوناتي .

مين مصممك المفضل ؟

في تصميم المجوهرات مافيه شخص محدد لكني أحب سلاسل الستيتمنت و الحلقات الكبيرة والخلاخل.

Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs

Today i wanna talk about a product that i really really love! it's the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs..that i talked about in this post it will make your legs look amazing and flawless with a shimmer glow finish .. Just spray it directly on your legs and then rub it in with your hands & blend it very well , It takes about 5 minutes to fully dry .. i use it on my hands too if  I'm going to a wedding .

اليوم بتكلم عن منتج أحبه مره ! هو سالي هانسن إيربرش للارجل .. اللي كان من مفضلاتي شهر نوفمبر يعطي نتيجة حلوة مع لمعه " شيمر" على الرجلين ..طريقته سهله رشيه مباشرة على رجلك ووزعيه كويس و بشكل متساوي ، راح يحتاج تقريبا ٥ دقايق على ما ينشف وتلبسي ملابسك فوقه ..أنا استخدمه على اليدين كمان إذا كنت رايحه مناسبة واحتجت لمعه حلوة .. يجي أكثر من درجة أنا أخذت درجتين الدرجة المتوسطة والغامقة .

Kigdom Of jewels Art Exhibition

في يوم ٤ و ٥ ديسيمبر أقامت شوارفكسي مع معهد المهارات والفنون بالرياض معرض "مملكة المجوهرات" في غاليري "لا بور" l'art pur بالرياض وكان الحضور يزيد عن ٢٥٠ شخص للأطلاع على العروض وأعمال الطالبات بقسم الفنون البصرية ، وإستخدمو مجوهرات شوارفكسي كمصدر إلهام لأعمالهم وفي ختام الفعالية إختارت اللجنة ٣ أعمال وكانت جائزتهم هدايا مميزة من شوارفكسي

ونظراً للنجاح اللي حقّقته الفعالية، طلبت صاحبة السمو الملكي الأميرة أضواء بنت يزيد بن عبدالله توسيع الفعاليّة لتصبح  فعاليّة اجتماعيّة.  

On December 4^th & 5^th, Swarovski in collaboration with the Arts and Skills Institute (ASI) held a Kingdom of Jewels exhibition at the L’Art Pur Gallery in Riyadh, KSA. Over 250 guests, including family, friends, VIPs and press attended to view a showcase of exquisite art pieces created by a selection of talented visual art students. Swarovski Jewellery pieces chosen by the students were used as inspiration to express their artistic vision. At the end of the event, a jury selected the three best works, with each of the winners receiving exclusive gifts from Swarovski.

Due to the event success, HRH Princess Adwa bint Abdulaziz bin Abdullah recommended that the event be extended and allow it to be a social event

November Favorites 2012

 Hello Girls.. November has ended up! it has been a long month full of an amazing stuff .. and my blog has reached over 100,000 viewers in less than 6 months wow!! THANKS everyone it means a lot to me ..okay so since i tried a new things during this month and i really liked them i wanted to share it with you , it's my first post for month Favorites .

أهلين بنات .. أخيرا خلص نوفمبر ! كان شهر مليان بأشياء حلوه الحمدالله .. والبلوق وصلت مشاهداته أكثر من ١٠٠،٠٠٠ زائر في أقل من ٦ شهور !! ما أقدر كيف اعبر عن شكري لكم ! من جد شكرا ..

طيب بما إنه جربت أشياء جديده هذا الشهر وعجبتني قلت أشاركها معكم لانها تستاهل .. وهذي أول مره أكتب فيها مفضلات الشهر ما أتوقع راح تكون كل شهر الا اذا كان فيه أشياء جربتها وتستاهل اني اكتب عنها .

Winter must - haves

Now that winter has officially started , every girl search what to buy for the new season? ..There are always
 must-have items for each season.. I enjoy putting on layers and layers of clothes on in the winter ! so i  added some 
list for the main pieces you may add to your wardrobe to keep you warm and cosy.. le'ts start!

 مع بداية الشتاء ، كل بنت تدور ايش تشتري للفصل الجديد؟..كل فصل له قطع مهمه .. عن نفسي أستمتع بالشتاء وأحب ألبس أكثر من شيء
 وأمزج أكثر من لون ..عملت لسته للأشياء المهمه اللي تدفيك وومكن إنك تضيفيها لدولابك .. يالله نبدأ !

1- Sweaters :
On the top of the list comes the sweater/ jumper..we can never get bored of them!! a lot of colors & designs and you can match it with a skirt or pants..fashionable and still keep you warm.

١- السويتر :

السويتر تتصدر بداية القائمة .. ما نمل منها أبد ! لها ألوان و تصاميم متعددة وسهل تنسيقها مع تنورة أو جيز ..وبنفس الوقت تدفيك في البرد.

2- Cardigans :

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of slipping into your favourite comfy cardigan ..and available in beautiful soft materials like knits , heavy cottons and cashmere ..you can style it with everything

٢- الكارديغان :

ما فيه أحلى من إضافه الكارديغان المريحه في لبسك .. وخاماتها متنوعة وجميلة : القطن ، الكشمير ، الصوف .. يمكن تنسيقها مع أي شيء تلبسينه ويعطي أناقة .

3- Boots :

Boots is certainly a good choice for you this winter , comfortable and wearable.. We see a lot of trendy boots this season like " Studded one" for Steve Madden ..and also you can find with heels to classy look.

٣- البوت :

البوت بالتأكيد اختيار حلو لك في الشتاء ، مريح وينلبس .. فيه كثير من البوت تريندز هذا السيزون و أشهرها " الستاديد بوت" للمصمم ستيف مادن .. فيه منها بكعب اذا حابه تضيفي طله أنيقة. 

4- Leather Jacket :

 Leather is the perfect material for winter, and as well as being luxurious and stylish, it’s  also helping to keep you warm and dry.. you can wear a leather jacket anything and look stylish ..Def it's one my fav piece!

٤- الجاكيت الجلد :

الجلد هو الخامة المناسبة لفصل الشتاء ، بالاضافة انه ستايل ويعطي أناقة ، يدفي و ينفع للجو الممطر .. أول كان مقصور لبسه مع الجينز  لكن الحين تقدري تلبسيه مع أي شيء حتى لو تلبسيه فوق فستان ناعم .. هذي أفضل قطعة بالنسبة لي !

5- Tights :

They are not only warm, but can make your image more exclusive and original. in the past it was in two color black and grey but now a lot of materials and colors : lace - striped - polka dots - bright colors.. etc 

٥- التايتز : 

التايتز مو بس للتدفئة ، ممكن إنها تضيف صورة مميزة وطلة غير في لبسك . زمان كانت محصورة في اللونين الاسود والرمادي لكن الحين لها خامات وألوان متعددة : لاسيه - مخطط - منقط - الالوان الفاتحة .. وغيره

6- Scarves :
Now we come to the must have accessorie "Scarve" is something you add to your look in a deferent way.. many new materials like prints.

٦- السكارف :

نجي للإكسسوار .. أول ما يجي في بالنا السكارف " الشال" مافيه شيء جديد .. لكن فيه طرق جديده في لبسها ولفها وخامات جديده مثل البرينت 

So there is my 6 winter " must haves " 

 and remember wear them in the way that suits you best!

Alāan | الآن‎

After i finished from Harvey Nichols for Dazzle with Crystal event , me and my sisters was starving so 

we decided to go to a new place called Alāan on Ourouba road to give it a try!!

    

Alāan " means ‘now’ in Arabic " reflects the energy of the art scene in Saudi Arabia , it is a multi-functional contemporary : gallery - educational hub -library -restaurant and coffeehouse .. It shows works for artists and designers from Saudi Arabia.

بعد ما خلصت من ايفنت هارفي نيكولز Dazzle with Crystal ، انا واختي كنا جوعانين قررنا نروح نتعشى في مكان جديد توه فاتح اسمه

الآن على طريق العروبه 

الآن يعكس الطاقات الفنيه الموجودة في السعودية ، هو مكان متعدد : قاليري - مركز تعليم - مكتبة - مطعم - كافيه..القاليري يعرض فيه أعمال

So we're here! the last day of "Riyadh Fashion Days A/W 2012" event .. the fashion was full for

the Saudi designer..the designs was unusual and mostly u can say it's a piece of art cuz he's a visual artist too..  the theme was FIERCE big car wheels with flowers and glitter <3 .. me and the bloggers decide to show up early to take some shots
